Position: Receptionist/Clerk

 Job Description: General Office Chores; The receptionist/Clerk position is an entry-level position leading to clerical, secretarial, paralegal and administrative positions.

 Work Hours: This is a full time position. Typical hrs. are:

One day per week       9:30 am to 5:00 pm

Two days per week     9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Two days per week     9:00 am to 7:00 pm

Every other Saturday   9:00 am to 12: noon

 Salary: Starting pay is depending on experience and company need. Future pay increases depend on Job performance, tenure and company profitability. 

Benefits: Benefits for full time employees include: Paid Vacation and sick time.  5 Paid Holidays per year. Employer pays 1/2 cost for employee’s health insurance. 

Special Skills /Experience: Applicant must meet or exceed all the requirements of the Legal Intern position. Have good general office skills with no less than 6-mos. office experience; must be proficient in word processing (Word or Word Perfect). Light typing is required. . Must be able to operate all office equipment including a multi-line telephone system and office computer network. Applicant must be a team player and career minded.

 Additional Information: Position may require placement at any of our four office locations. This is a great position for possible future promotions. It provides training for Secretarial and Paralegal positions.
